General Information
Grace or Waiting period is ‘extra time allowed’ before it is considered late, usually between 5 to 60 minutes. Do note that different type of service offer different grace period.
It depends on vehicle type, number of passenger and number of bags/luggage that you have to bring over. You can check with us via WhatsApp for quicker responds.
In most cases, the assigned driver will arrive at your pick up location 15 minutes before the scheduled pick up time so you wouldn’t have to pay for extra charge if you miss something or forget to bring down an item.

Send us a message via WhatsApp regarding your booking. We provide 85% refund if you paid via Credit/Debit Card.
If you want to remove pickup/dropoff points, we will refund you back $10 per points if there is no additional discounts is added to your trip fare. Do send us a message to confirm the amount.
